SCOTT MALLON
ALEX CHOW VIGIL
Chow Tsz-lok, also known as Alex Chow, was a 22-year-old computer science undergraduate student. He died November 8, 2019 due to head injuries sustaining after falling from the third floor of the Shueng Tak car park in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong on November 4, 2019. Pro-democracy protesters believed Hong Kong police may have caused his fall and subsequent death.
